What strikes me immediately upon opening these Fr. R talks is the large, (purple) lenten covering of the Crucifix (?). It dominates through out each talk. . . which
I find most fitting: during a Penitential season, Fr. Ripperger casts plenty of Light
on our dire straights —the Church, the World, ourselves —so that we now have
a very clear path back to Christ, His Cross, and the Church i.e. living our calling
as truly Baptized followers of Christ in the World.

Last comment (hopefully). It cracked me up when Fr. Ripperger separated out alcohol from other drugs. Although I agree that drugs should only be taken when gravely needed alcohol DOES NOT have ANY benefits to it. Any so called "antioxidants" are from the grapes and can easily be gotten drinking grape juice instead without the damage alcohol does to your heart and liver. Here is a short video on it: https://www.youtube.com/watch?....v=7IpqFOP7yak&ab God bless~

And you can't just blow off the saints like it's ok to have scandalous ones on the rolls (Paul VI modernist, rumored to be a sodomite, train wreck in his papacy etc. along with the scandalous modernist Popes and others). There is NO POINT in having saints on the official rolls at all if it's ok to have them scandalous up to the point of death...which sorry, I have a hard time believing these people confessed being a modernist before death while living it to the end...thus all the sacraments in the world don't mean anything if they don't have a valid confession. God bless~

And why bother going thru the whole rigorous canonization process if all you mean is the person is in heaven. There could be a great many decent people in heaven that I know of...but it doesn't mean I'm going to devote myself to learning about their lives and following in their footsteps. The WHOLE POINT OF CANONIZATIONS was to help people recognize and emulate the heroic sanctity of the person not just say "hey, they made it." Again, Fr. Hesse discusses this in detail but I need to watch his videos again on this. He also cites the history of the Church etc. and comes to a different conclusion. Here is a link to his videos: https://archive.org/details/Fa....therHesseVideo/Fr.+H
