Question: Do the early Church Fathers offer guidance on the use of Shofar in the practice of our Faith? I have a thorough understanding of its significance from the writings of the OT and how some teach the trumpets of the Apocalypse of John are shofars also (not confirmed in my studies), but have many acquaintances who utilize it (mostly non-Catholics) and as a Catechist of converts I want to ensure I don’t misspeak regarding it.
