Thank you! I agree- it’s a wonderful way to start every day and to offer it for others. Also- one other way that is SO simple to, is to sign up to be an”Marian Helper”. (Part of Fr Chris Alar and the Marian’s ministry). It’s free and you’re added to all their intentions and likewise- you can add your personal prayers/ intentions. Best part- every day you receive a very simple email message about Divine Mercy- all from St Faustina’s diary. (Then with a simple prayer reflection). When you receive their messages and read the texts of her conversations with Christ- it’s like Christ talking to YOU every morning! Peace and prayers to all-

There are a multitude of sources (many even have apps today). Acts XXIX (Acts 29) by Fr John Riccardo is a good start. Divine Mercy+ (that’s the name of the App) by Fr Chris Alar is outstanding- he has an extended series of YouTube talks around learning the Faith on a multitude of topics - all centered on Divine Mercy and St Faustian- it’s educational, entertaining and frankly transformative. There are also apps with The Venerable Bishop Fulton Sheen - his talks are outstanding. This app (Sensus) is outstanding for the talks - there’s a lot more content on YouTube featuring Fr Ripperger who’s talks are pure “Catholic espresso”. I like his other app for daily prayer- the Auxillium Christianorum”. There’s also an interactive one called Truthly that (so far as of this writing) seems quite solid. Any of Fr Mike Schmidt’s talks are always solid. Net-net- continue your searching and you WILL find the answers and then some. Take all of it in prayerfully- one bite/ one day at a time. Hope this helps a bit- Peace and God be with you always-

Love is patient, love is kind, never jealous, never proud. Conversely, lust is impatient, unkind, jealous, proud and only seeking for oneself and immediate pleasure. That said, the root of the issue comes back to sacrifice. Sacrificing ourselves and selfish desires (which are driven by the world, the flesh and the devil) for God and for the better of another. ALL people are called to chastity. Modern culture tells us (loudly) the opposite. It’s important for any vice to calm the noise (through prayer, fasting and alms giving). Understandably, loneliness and longing for intimacy is part of our “valley of tears” that we’re called to offer up. Kenneth is right that the ancient Greeks believed that Eros was the lowest form of their definition of love. Agape is sacrificial.
